Create user accounts for your teams and invite them to join your Expertise Matrix account.

We'll email them with the invitation and help them to get their account set up and ready to go.

Add skills for people to select from and add their proficiency

2. Add Skills

Import all of the skills relevant to your team's area of expertise, ready for people to rate their individual proficiency levels.

Skills can be added, configured, customised and categorised individually to help you to organise your skill matrix.

Track individual progress in your skills and the skills of your team members

3. Track Progress

Your team members can now track their progress in these skills, as well as adding new skills as they learn them.
