Managing Your Company's Skills

Use your company's skill list section to add or modify skills that your users can specificy a proficiency in.

Adding a Skill

To add a skill, click the Add a skill button on the page menu.

Editing a Skill

To edit a skill, simply click the skill title cell.

View User Proficiencies

To show a list of users with a particular skill, click the number in the "# People" column.

View Targets

To view any targets that people may have for a particular skill, click the number in the "# Targets" column.

Removing Skills

Select the skills you want to remove by checking the select box, then click the Delete Selected Skills button. Deleting a skill will also delete any user proficiencies, targets and historical data for that skill.
