Skill Levels from 0 to 3

Skill Levels from 0 to 10
A slightly larger, but still fairly course range. This allows people to be slightly more nuanced in their proficiency judgement.
Skill Levels from 0 to 100
Allows for fine control over perceived skill levels. This is more common among highly technical industries where a lot of nuance in skill levels may exist.
